Work closely with the District Manager and Chairperson of the Board to address any and all concerns relating to established and/or proposed franchises for the District and identify and respond to the District's needs/ resources relating to transportation issues such as mass transit, traffic lights, street lights, and condition of roadways and sidewalks, and make recommendations to the Board regarding same.
